1929 St. Louis Cardinals Game Used Baseball Signed by 5 Cardinals.
Phenomenal game used memento dating from 1929 comes to us in the form of an official National League (Heydler) orb that was used in the second game of a double-header on September, 29 1929. This match saw the Redbirds defeat the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates 10-2. Orb exhibits the red and black stitching that ONL orbs used until '33. Some lucky fan was lucky enough to catch this ball after it was sent into foul territory off of the bat of Hall of Famer Chick Hafey. Sweetening the deal, five members of the Cardinals have signed, including Hafey, Taylor Douthit, Clarence Jonnard, Hal Haid and scout/coach Joe Sugden. Also has inscription that reads "foul from Chick Hafey's bat to my box seat -- 9/29/29" and displays the appropriate scuffs and wear.

Pete Ladd had his time to shine when he took over an injured Rollie Fingers' job in 1983, compiling 25 saves that year. From his 1982 campaign we offer the Milwaukee Brewers home white pinstripe jersey, the same #27 gamer that Ladd wore when he took the mound at County Stadium. Much use is evident by the extensively frayed identifier stitching and puckering to the "BREWERS" which is arched across the chest. Scattered stains also lend to the level of wear. Front tail has Sand-Knit size and exclusivity tags, while rear tail has a swatch that reads "82 46".
