1997 Macho Man Randy Savage NWO Ring Worn & Signed Outfit with Bandana from The Macho Man Randy Savage Collection - Worn vs. La Parka/Diamond Dallas Page -- Photo Matched! "Macho Man" Randy Savage was a pivotal figure in the New World Order (NWO) during his tenure in World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Joining the NWO in 1997, Savage brought his signature charisma, intensity, and unpredictability to the faction. His alignment with the NWO marked a turning point in his career, as he adopted a darker, edgier persona. Savage became a key player in the group's dominance over WCW, often feuding with former allies like Diamond Dallas Page. Sporting the iconic black-and-white NWO gear, he amplified the group's notoriety while maintaining his trademark flamboyance, cementing his legacy in professional wrestling history.

While Savage was a success during his entire WCW run, joining the NWO faction gave his career a certain spark. This outfit was worn when Savage was a part of the group which made the Monday Night Wars must-see.

The outfit shows great overall use. The top was worn by Savage during Monday Nitro (July 7, 1997) when he took on La Parka. Well the wrestling world thought it was La Parka. In actuality, Diamond Dallas Page was in La Parka's outfit. This would be the impetus for Savage's feud with DDP. "Madness" is formed on both sides of the shirt in thick white plasticized material. This was applied by garment designer Michael Braun. Savage signed the front in black felt tip. Also included are pants worn by the superstar for multiple events. Good overall use is shown on the pants which have the same plastic material applied. Savage's bandana adds the cherry on top of this listing.
