Description

Circa 1986 Jose Canseco Game Used & Signed Bat, PSA/DNA GU 9 with "Gamer" Inscription. In 1986, Jose Canseco emerged as one of baseball's most electrifying stars, helping redefine the game's power era. At just 21 years old, he blasted 33 home runs, drove in 117 runs, stole 29 bases, and earned AL Rookie of the Year honors. His rare blend of power, speed, and athleticism captivated fans and signaled a new generation of superstar players. Canseco's impact helped fuel the Oakland Athletics' rise and made him one of the most influential figures of 1980s baseball.

Canseco used this Worth model WC115 bat (35" and 34.9 ounces) when he was taking the American League by storm as an upstart. An abundance of ball marks are on the left and back barrel from causing havoc at the plate. Green bat rack streaks and a healthy application of pine tar are also visible on the cracked handle. Canseco signed the barrel in blue felt tip and inscribed "R.O.Y. 1986 Gamer." LOA from PSA/DNA, GU 9.
