    Description

1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics Torch Signed by Muhammad Ali. One of the most moving moments in Olympic history came during the summer of 1996 when 1960 Gold Medal-winner Muhammad Ali, his body enfeebled by the brutality of the sport he loved, lit the Olympic cauldron to signal the beginning of the Atlanta Games. Presented here is a torch identical to the one Ali held in his quaking hand as he stood upon the podium in Atlanta, autographed by the boxing legend in 10/10 black sharpie upon the wooden handle. We must report the torch does not attach in the middle as the inside plastic has broken away. We assume this can be remedied. An inspiring and elegant piece worthy of a place of honor in your trophy room. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
