    1991 World University Games Presentation Team Signed Basketball, Gold Medal & Plaque - Fischer Collection. The 1991 World University Games included some of the finest college players of the time. Team USA ran through the competition en route to a gold medal. This presentation basketball was given to Dr. Fischer for keeping those players on the floor. The ball is signed in 9/10 to 10/10 black ink by: Luther Wright, Adonis Jordan, Eric Anderson, Calbert Cheaney, Roy Williams, Pete Gillen, Josh Grant, Ervin Johnson, Rodney Rogers, Bobby Hurley, Hubert Davis, Alexander Blackwell and more. One panel is painted with the following: "World University Games Gold Medal Champions USA-96 Canada-56 July 24, 1991 Sheffield, England." Also included is a 16x12" presentation plaque which was given to the players. Dr. Fischer's gold medal (2.25" diameter) and a smaller participation medal is included. Both have adhesive on the reverse. Letter of provenance from David A. Fischer, MD. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
