Description
1966 Topps Batman Display Box Trio (3). "Batman" carried as much star power in 1966 as did the Beatles and "The Monkees." The cards themselves are highly prized, essential additions to any 1960's non-sport collection with complete sets claimed by many. What far fewer hobbyist can attest to owning are the just as colorful counter display boxes which announced their desirable contents. Offered is a trio of boxes from the first series (Black bat), 2nd Series-detached sticker (Red Bat) and 3rd Series (Blue Bat) productions. Each box presents at the NM level with the only faults being a crease in the two side strips running horizontally at the level where the top panel is die cut.
