In 1959, everybody's favorite slapstick comedy trio were documented by the folks at Fleer who issued this ninety-six card set at the height of the popularity of Larry, Curly and Moe. "Soitenly" they are considered to be the most successful comedy of all-time. A total of 195 Columbia Shorts between 1934 and 1958 were produced. Offered is a stunning SGC 88 NM/MT 8 copy simply titled "Curly" which is the first card in the set and yes, it is a condition sensitive entry if there ever was one. This one of five at this grade level with one other managing a mere half-grade bump for condition supremacy. If only his classic portrait sat a little to the right...
