    Description

1961 Donruss "Idiot Cards" Complete Set (66). Recognized as the first non-sports card set from Donruss, this set relied upon the insulting and irreverent sense of humor that the kids of the Mad magazine generation had already widely adopted as their own. This is a high grade offering of the standout company's first card products, exhibiting sharp corners throughout, but with a number of its cards demonstrating Donruss's familiar centering problems which would be the defining characteristic of their sets for the next two decades to come. This is a bright and fresh set that would technically grade mostly EX to EX/MT with some slightly lesser strictly due to centering. Lots of bright colors, glossy surfaces and quality corners throughout.
