    1930's R41 Walter Johnson Candy Co. "Dick Tracy" Complete Set (144) Plus Wrapper. This release is one of the most difficult of the 1930's non-sport sets to complete. The hair raising adventures of Dick Tracy, America's favorite comic character detective, are captured in this colorful 144-card set issued by the Walter H. Johnson Candy Co. These nostalgic gems, depicting colorful scenes from the adventures of the 1930's greatest comic-strip detective. A total of 19 cards have been graded by PSA. Includes: Graded - PSA Mint 9: 1 card, #144; PSA NM-MT+ 8.5: 2 cards w/#'s 123 and 137; PSA NM-MT 8: 12 cards w/#'s 34, 76, 82, 125, 126, 129, 130, 131, 133, 140, 141 and 142; PSA NM+ 7.5: 1 card, #127; PSA NM 7: 1 card, #10; PSA EX-MT 6: 2 cards w/#'s 88 and 139. Grades 20% NM to NM/MT, 30% EX to EX/MT, 35% VG to VG/EX, 15% PR to GD. The wrapper displays vividly, bright red and blue coloring printed on wax paper. It displays the customary wear for such artifacts (presents VG).
