    Description

1880's A34 Duke & Sons "Yacht Colors of the World" Album. The multi-page albums produced during the 19th century are a testimonial to the lithographer's craft. This is one of two we have the opportunity to auction this month. Offered is a Duke & Sons "Yacht Colors of the World" album that has survived quite well for the last 120 years. Aside from pair of edge "dings" that affect the cover and first third of the interior pages and one inner page with surface loss this album presents at the excellent level with amazing interior hues making not only the reproductions of the issued cards but the stunning full page female portraits making this album a true collector's item.
