In times of complete uncertainty, the United States on the brink of entering World War II, these cards reminded Americans just how mighty our nation's military is. The Uncle Sam cards show each of the four branches of the military. Offered is a gallery of very nice looking cards that includes just a small number of duplicates. Many have bright colors and clean white borders. Includes: #'s 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, 17, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 (2), 38, 44, 45, 46, 48 (2), 49 (6), 50, 51 (2), 52, 53 (2), 54, 55 (5), 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61 (2), 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 (2), 71 and 72. Grades 38% EX to EX/MT, 31% VG to VG/EX, 31% lesser (almost all due to pencil on rev.).
