Circa 1900 Pin backs Collection (7). Offered is a collection of seven different pin backs, all circulated around the turn of the century. Includes: A) Sporting Life three-color, 7/8" diameter metal pin. Presents NM, inner area shows areas of rust and missing paper insert; B) Queen Victoria "1837-1897 Diamond Jubilee" approx. 1-1/" diameter plastic pin. Photo credited to "Hughes & Mullins" with "City Button Works, Newark, NJ" on reverse. Front shows slight crack, otherwise EX-MT; C) George Washington. 13/16" Whitehead & Hoag pin with paper insert. Presents NM; D) Kaptain Kiddo Klub. 7/8" metal/celluloid pin with paper insert. Front face shows light cracking and dimpled surface; E) USS Maine (1889-1898). 1-1/4" metal pin with light surface scratches. If there was a paper insert it has been removed. Very good with light inner rusting; F) Pan-American Exposition. 1901, Buffalo, N.Y. U.S.A. Colorful 1-1/4" diameter metal pin with Whitehead and Hoag paper insert. Presents NM with slight staining; G) "Take That Noise Outside" 7/8" metal pin with light cracks to front surface. No paper insert. Presents overall excellent.
