1966 Topps Test "Flipper" #23 Exploring Team PSA NM-MT 8 (MK). Graded NM-MT 8 (MK) by PSA, the highest graded of only two recorded to date. "Flipper" is one of the rarer of all of the "test" issues Topps produced during the 1960's. This example of card #23 "Exploring Team" has characteristics of cards graded Mint or better. Graded down for the lone spot stain (could be a stock imperfection really) along the right keyline, this rarity also sports one stray line of pen ink near one corner on the front and back as clearly seen, thus the (MK) qualifier. Condition aside, this is a truly rare piece of evidence of Topps' efforts which never saw public circulation. How many could actually still exist?
