Description

1966 Topps "Superman" Wax Box With 24 Unopened Packs. Offered is a wax box with 24 unopened packs of 1966 Topps "Superman" trading cards. One of the most popular television shows of the 1950's was the Superman series which aired from 1952-1958. Sp popular, this series appeared seven years after the show stopped making original episodes. The eye-catching, primary colored box advertising "Superman Cards" portrays George Reeves as the "Man of Steel" and offers the added enticement to "Watch Superman on T.V." The outer box shows only very minor signs of handling. The 5-cent wax paper packs are gum-less and each still houses five fresh from the factory cards. The interior packs are all EX/MT to NM or better. The packs have been inspected and passed review by Steve Hart and comes sealed in the Baseball Card Exchange wrapper.
