    Description

1965 Philadelphia "World War II" or "War Bulletin" Unopened Wax Box (24 Packs). This card set was issued by the Philadelphia Gum Co. in 1965. While Philly Gum was mainly known for football cards, they were a force in the non-sports arena as well. This set covered the critical events of World War II. By the measure of other non-sport issues, "War Bulletin" was not as widely collected as certain issues, ensuring that it is now a bit tougher to complete. Offered is a full counter display box with 24 5-cent wax packs inside. The box has some light signs of handling and wear. We assume all 24 original packs are still inside and remain at the the upper end of the grading scale. .
