    1949 R714-7 Topps "Flags of All Nations/Soldiers of The World" Near Set (85/94K) Plus Duplicates (67). This colorful series of 94 currently known subjects was one of Topps' earliest sets to be in full color. This series is scarcely, if ever, offered in quantity or in higher quality. Ten cards have been graded by PSA. Includes: Graded - PSA NM+ 7.5: 1 card, Greek Evzone; PSA NM 7: 5 cards w/Albania Royal Guard, General, Japanese Admiral, Private/Fusiliers and Shock Trooper; PSA EX-MT+ 6.5: 1 card, Gen. Lee; PSA EX-MT 6: 2 cards w/Indian Fighter and U.S. Drummer; PSA EX+ 5.5: 1 card, Gen. Mac Arthur. The near set grades 21% NM or Better, 73% EX to EX/MT, 6% slightly lesser;. Duplicates grade 90% VG to EX with a few nicer, 10% lesser.
