    Description

1938 Gum Inc. "Horrors of War" 1-Cent Wrappers Pair (2). One of the most popular non-sport sets in the hobby. This edition was an ingenious vehicle to bring war propaganda to an impressionable young generation. The set is by far the most graphic and violent filled productions ever. Offered is a pair of wax paper wrappers. The first is the "White" 1-Cent wrapper and the "Yellow" 1-cent wrapper. Both display exceptionally well, the yellow wrapper has a horizontal crease to note, otherwise there are circulation folds.
