    1936 R28 Anonymous "Cartoon Adventures" Collection (30) - Most "Buck Rogers" Cards. Of the multitude of strip card sets that appeared from the late 1930's to early 1940's many will claim the R28 "Cartoon Adventures" series is among the most popular. It is with a bit of irony that the issuer is still anonymous. The 48-card promotion features such immensely popular characters Tailspin Tommy (#401-408), Tarzan (#409-416), Broncho Bill (#417-424) and Buck Rogers (#425-448). This 30-card gallery includes: Tailspin Tommy - #'s 403, 406, 408, Tarzan - #'s 412, 413, 416, Broncho Bill - #'s 418, 420 and Buck Rogers - #'s 426(2), 427(3), 428, 429(2), 430(2), 431(2), 432(2), 433(2), 434, 435, 436, 439, 440(2). Grades 30% EX to EX/MT, 57% VG to VG/EX, 13% lesser.
