    1910's T53 Hassan "Cowboy Series" Near Set (48/49). Mention "Hassan" and hobbyists immediately think of one of many very well produced tobacco card productions from the early 20th century. Offered is a 48-card near set of one of the best non-sports themed editions - the T53 "Cowboy Series." Every card depicts a facet of life in the old west. The viewer becomes captivated by the finely illustrated scenes of cowboy life from herding cattle, branding steers, capturing outlaws, shooting up towns, a night at the theater and even touching moment proving even the most rugged cowboy has a soft spot for that special lady. Overall, this is an attractive presentation. Missing "Evening on the Praire" for completion. Grades GD to VG with some lesser.
