    1890's Red Cross Lye Trade Cards SGC-Graded Trio (3). The larger sized cousin of the tobacco insert card was the trade card. Designed for maximum usage, advertising trade card themes are often found with multiple advertising sponsors. This high-end trio are all courtesy of the "Thomson & Taylor Spice Co. Chicago." Promoting "Red Cross Granulated Lye." A scare find, the trio includes: Boy Chops Down Tree (SGC 84 NM 7), I'm a Dude a Dandy Dude (SGC 60 EX 5) and Two Men With Hats (SGC 86 NM+ 7.5).
