    Description

1887 N28 Allen & Ginter Buffalo Bill Cody GAI VG+ 3.5. Allen & Ginter's multi-sport N28 edition of "World Champions" is widely known for the ten Baseball subjects but also offers a selection of top non-sports celebrities of the era. Offered is a mostly clean copy of the "Hon. W.F. Cody" or good 'ol "Buffalo Bill" to his many friends and admirers, now graded GAI VG+ 3.5. Bill Cody was an expert riflemen of the Wild West and is pictured along with the tool of his trade. This example shows minor corner wear, a few product stains front and back along with a pair of pencil lines on the reverse. A key non-baseball entry.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
