2017 American Flag Flown Over the U.S. Capitol Building.The COA says it all: "Architect of the Capitol. The Flag of the United States of America. This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on August 16, 2017. At the request of the Honorable Lamar Alexander, United States Senator, this flag was flown for the 40th Anniversary of Elvis Presley's death." Embroidered stars, sewn on stripes, and brass grommets. Measures 60x35". COA from The Architect of the Capitol.
