1993 Belmont Stakes Silver Cup won by Trainer Scotty Schulhofer. The final and longest leg of the famed Triple Crown, the Belmont Stakes is held five weeks after the Kentucky Derby and three weeks after the Preakness. With its inaugural event coming in 1867, the 1993 Belmont was won by legendary Thoroughbred "Colonial Affair."

As a 13-1 longshot, jockey Julie Krone shocked the sports world, as she became the first female jockey to win any of the three races of the Triple Crown. Offered here is "Colonial Affair" trainer Flint "Scotty" Schulhofer's sterling silver cup trophy that he was presented for winning the '93 Belmont. Standing at 8.5", it exhibits minimal wear and is accompanied by a letter of provenance from the trainer's wife. Letter of provenance from Stephanie Schulhofer.
