    Description

1914 Indianapolis 500 Usher's Ribbon. Exceedingly rare relic from the fourth edition of the Indy 500 is crafted from golden silk and imprinted with text reading, "Usher, May 30 1914." Tearing affects the letter "R" in "Usher," but otherwise the ribbon presents very well, with a pair of pinholes beneath the date the only other issue meriting mention. Dimensions approximately 1.5x5.5". Letter of provenance from Dr. Harlen Hunter.
