1984 Olympic Basketball Trials Program. The basketball trials for the 1984 Olympics took place at Indiana University over the course of a week and consisted of 72 college players. The final team, led by the larger-than-life Bob Knight, would go on to consist of such greats-to-be as Patrick Ewing, Michael Jordan, Chris Mullin, and Sam Perkins. Upon perusing the program, one will run across more familiar names that did not make the team such as Charles Barkley, Joe Dumars, A.C. Green, Karl Malone, Danny Manning, John Stockton, and Roy Tarpley. The Olympic team went on to capture the Gold that year in Los Angeles, going 8-0 in the process.Auction Info
