2007-08 Sidney Crosby Game Worn Jersey. Most twenty-one year olds are just graduating college, or just getting used to the workforce. Not Sidney Crosby. After living up to nearly all expectations during his first three years in the NHL, in 2009 Crosby took the hockey world by storm by becoming the youngest captain to win the Stanley Cup. This black Pittsburgh Penguins home jersey was worn by Crosby during the 2007-08 season and features a magnificent team logo on the front, below his captain's "C" that is applied in tri-tone tackle twill. The city of Pittsburgh "250" anniversary patch is affixed on the right shoulder, directly below a nice set of team repairs. Number "87" is stitched in each sleeve and verso. "Crosby" has prominently displayed on the rear nameplate, in addition to its original fight strap and a "Cutting Edge Sports 2007-2008 Set 3" both affixed to the lower rear interior tail. Due to moderate use, multiple team repairs and a photomatch, which will be provided to the winning bidder, this shirt is about as rock solid as it gets. LOA Pittsburgh Penguins.
