1910 C56 Tom Dunderdale #14 SGC 40 VG 3. Tom Dunderdale played from 1906 to 1924 for no less than nine different teams from various leagues. When he was inducted into the hockey hall of fame in 1974 he became the first Australian-born player to do so. The 5" 8' center has the distinction of being the man to score the first penalty shot goal in ice hockey history. When he retired he was the leading goal scorer (194) in the PCHA and had played on six PCHA First Team All-Star squads. Initial presentation level of this scarce C56 is excellent. Graded SGC 40 VG 3. Good looking card has a couple slight surface impressions (one above the Hockey Hall of Famer's portrait), a single corner crease and slight surface scuffing on the reverse in the same corner.
