2006-07 Alexander Ovechkin Game Worn Jersey, w/Photomatch. In his young career, NHL superstar Alexander Ovechkin has already been named an All-Star three times, won Rookie of the Year in 2005, was named "Sporting News" Player of the Year three times and signed the most lucrative contract in league history. Not bad for a 24 year old. Offered here is a Washington Capitals sweater Ovechkin wore during the 2006-07 season. This cornerstone piece displays a nice scattering of wear throughout, and is accompanied with MeiGray's Getty Images 8.5x11" photomatch print from the 4/4/2007 game, in which the jersey was worn. Team logo and "A" assistant captains patch have been affixed on the front, with three-color lettering and numerals on the sleeves an verso. Jersey has the proper "[size] 58" tag in the collar, with MeiGray's authentication swatch and original fight strap present in the rear interior.
