2005-06 Alexander Ovechkin Rookie Game Worn Jersey. The entire sporting world took notice of hockey phenom Alexander Ovechkin when he used Terrell Owens-esque theatrics while celebrating his 50th career goal by pretending his hockey stick is on fire. Well, his stick wasn't really on fire, but this Ovechkin rookie gamer could be if he keeps up his near-legendary play on the ice. Showcasing the front of this stunning garment is the Capitals enormous team logo patch, with team eagle patches affixed to each shoulder. Number "8" is also applied to each sleeve and verso, in addition to a size "58" flap tag in the collar. "Ovechkin" is proudly displayed in tri-color tackle twill, with the all-important MeiGray "NHL 2004-2005 Season", "2005-2006 Season" and "Cutting Edge Sports" swatches, all affixed to the lower rear interior tail.
