    Description

2003-04 Mario Lemieux Game Worn Pittsburgh Penguins Jersey. One of the most beloved players in NHL history, both for his world class skills and the bravery with which he battled the cancer that cut short his career and almost his life, Super Mario sported this impressive jersey during the 2003-04 season, when he missed all but ten games due to injury.

Exhibiting evident game wear with stick and puck marks throughout, this white mesh sweater presents the proper "[size] 56" tag in the collar, which has a "66" and "C" noted in black felt-tip ink by the team's equipment manager. Team logo patch is showcased across the front, while the proper sewn-on two-color letters and numerals are also affixed to the fabric. The original fight strap is located in the rear interior tail, which completes this Hall of Fame-caliber jersey from one of the greatest scorers in the game's history. LOA from Joe Tomon.
