Description

1987-88 Peter Taglianetti Game Worn Jersey. Without question, Peter Taglianetti is one of the biggest, strongest and most physical defenseman ever to come out of the New England area. You want proof? He racked up the record for penalty minutes at Providence College that still stands. Offered here is a jersey that Taglianetti wore while roughing up his opponents during the 1987-88 season. This Winnipeg Jets shirt shows solid use throughout, with a nice array of team repairs and a scattering of stick marks. This jersey, of course, features the Jets team logo patch across the chest, with the number "32" on the sleeves and verso, and the proper "Goals for Kids" charity patch on the right sleeve. A sweat-faded "Maska" tag also attests to this shirt's nice wear, with the original fight strap still residing in the interior rear. A rear nameplate with "Taglianetti" in blue tackle twill completes this fine catalog listing. LOA from Joe Tomon.
