    Description

Circa 1880's Hockey Cabinet Photograph. The modern game of ice hockey didn't originate until students at McGill University organized the first set of rules in the late 1870's, and this piece represents one of the earliest known hockey team photos in existence. Superb in its oversized 13x16" presentation, this absolutely amazing cabinet photo depicts hockey players with classic sticks, the earliest of team-logoed jerseys and tasseled wool caps. The photo remains in solid condition with multiple creases and scratches, but displays an overall appearance that would rival any of the best hockey cabinets from this era. A fantastic piece that is sure to add tons of character to any vintage hockey memorabilia display.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
