Description

Aurel Joliat Dual Signed Autograph Cut. Aurele Joliat was a 5'7" powerhouse who never backed away from an on-ice confrontation. His arrival in 1922 in Montreal was "icy" at best as he was the compensation for fan favorite Newsy Lalonde who went to Saskatoon. His remarkable skills instantly won him over with fans. When Joliat's career came an end his achievements were considerable. Joliat played for the first NHL First All-Star Team in 1931 and was honored with the Hart (MVP) trophy in 1934. Signatures are in blue ink with one autograph on front and a another on the back on a portion cut from some type of program or promotion that includes a short bi-lingual bio and small portrait. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
