1980 Mike Eruzione Olympics Player Credential. Athlete identification badge allowed the captain of the US Hockey team access to the Olympic village in Lake Placid and the arena where he and his rag-tag crew of American teammates shocked the hockey world. Verso features a passport-sized photo of the Gold Medalist beside typed text announcing, "Michael Eruzione, Competitor USA." Reverse reads, "This card is not transferable. It entitles the holder to enter the Olympic areas, complying with the regulations, which are indicated by a corresponding letter of the alphabet and/or symbol. The card must be clearly visible. In case of loss, a duplicate will not be issued. If misused, the card will be confiscated." A signature from Eruzione, indicating his consent to the terms, is below, 10/10.
