    Description

1980 Herb Brooks Opening Day Yankee Stadium First Pitch Multi Signed Baseball. To the victor goes the spoils. After grabbing our nation's attention, some of the 1980 U.S. Olympic athletes were honored at Yankee Stadium April 18, 1980 to throw out the first pitch. This very OAL (MacPhail) baseball was hurled by one Olympic hero as the first pitch. Mike Eruzione and Olympic skating hero Eric Heiden signed in 9/10 ballpoint ink on provided side panels. "Opening Day Yankee Stadium April 18, 1980 Ceremonial First by 1980 Olympic Heroes Herb Brooks Mike Eruzione Eric Heiden" is expertly applied to the baseball. Letter of provenance from the Brooks family. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from James Spence Authentication.
