Description

1967-68 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup Championship Personal Trophy Presented to Henri Richard. No player in NHL history has lofted Lord Stanley's fabled hardware more often than the Pocket Rocket, who did so eleven times during his twenty-one seasons of service to the Montreal Canadiens. The offered personal model Stanley Cup was issued to the younger Richard brother for the Habs' four-game sweep of the St. Louis Blues in the Finals, a dominating playoff series that saw Henri record two goals and an assist. It would prove to be the team's fourth trip to the sport's mountain top in a five-season span.

The thirteen-inch tall symbol of that achievement is engraved with the words, "Club de Hockey Canadien, Inc, 1967/68 Season" and the names of team ownership, coaching and training staff and roster of players. Only minor handling wear is evident, with no dents or other distractions of note. The trophy is accompanied by a signed letter of provenance from its Hall of Fame owner. Letter of provenance from Henri Richard.
