1936-37 Clint Smith Philadelphia Ramblers Presentational Watch. Hall of Famer Clint Smith was an integral part of New York's 1940 Stanley Cup championship team. Prior to that, he played one season in the International-American Hockey League with the Philadelphia Ramblers, the Rangers minor league affiliate, in 1936-37 and helped lead them to the Calder Cup finals. To thank him for his contributions to the team, the Ramblers presented him with this gold-plated, Benrus 17-jewel timepiece.

The watch face displays the letters of his name in place of numbers. The back of the watch case, which is base metal and heavily pitted, is engraved: "Clint Smith, For His Value To Phila. Ramblers Hockey Club". Below is a date which is no longer legible. The watch shows extensive wear but is still attractive. A rare Hall of Famer artifact from pre-World War II.
