1935 Tiny Thompson Original Newspaper Illustration by Tommy Vamplew from The Milt Schmidt Collection. A masterful work who's subject is the Bruins' future Hall of Fame goaltender, Tiny Thompson. "Boston's Hopeful by Tommy Vamplew" is packed with a superbly executed illustration with a dominating image of Tiny and the Stanley Cup, praise of the goalkeeper, and great expectations for the Bruins' 1935 season. "Tiny Thompson - The Boston Goalkeeper...The Bruins chances of winning the Stanley Cup this season depends a lot on Tiny's ability. Some light surface wear away form the artwork, otherwise very nice. Letter of provenance form Conrad Schmidt, the son of Milt Schmidt.
