Description

Early 1960's Doug Harvey Game Used Montreal Canadiens Hockey Stick - HOFer. Used by the legendary Doug Harvey while while with the Canadiens in the 1960's, the stick has his stamped name and "2" jersey number and exhibits nice use and original taping at the blade and handle. Along with Bobby Orr and Eddie Shore, Harvey probably had the greatest impact of any player at that position. His dramatic rushes and superior defensive work allowed him to dominate the game. In a franchise deep in heroes, Harvey gained an immortal place in the history of the Montreal Canadiens. Harvey's reasons for leaving the NHL came about due to his being blacklisted after an attempted formation of a players' association. A must-have for fans of the Habs. LOA from John Balawejder/Double Deke Hockey.
