2003 Sidney Crosby Game Worn, Signed Helmet. A quick search around the Internet and you will turn up just what we expected. When looking through past results of five random major auction house realized values, including our own, we found only one Sidney Crosby game-worn helmet (Heritage 2009 Fall Signature Auction). There has been a number of Crosby game-worn jerseys sold throughout the hobby, all commanding very high prices, but only one Crosby shell, and it drew extremely heavy bidding activity. Offered here is a spectacular "CCM" helmet that he wore during the 2003 Canada-Russia Challenge, as a member of the Canada National Junior Team. This piece shows solid use, with noticeable scratching and scuffs from game action. The proper placement of the "87" decals at rear, in addition to a 7/10 silver signature on the top is present. Also included is a "Letter of Authenticity" from the Canadian Hockey League, which solidifies this Crosby gamer as one of the most impressive helmets from the young phenom that has ever been offered.
