Description

2000 Steve Yzerman Game Used Hockey Stick. For a whopping 22 seasons, the gifted forward gave his services to the Detroit Red Wings. Even more fantastic is the fact that he served as the team's captain from the time he was 21 until his retirement - the longest term of any captain in North American sports history. Here we present a game-used "Easton T-Flex" stick used by the Wings' star during the 2000 season. Extremely nice use is present on the original blade tape and Yzerman's typical red handle tape. His famed number "19" is markered on the handle, while "YZERMAN" has been stamped above the blade. An absolutely remarkable piece from the newly enshrined Hall of Famer. LOA from Bill Campbell/Heritage Auctions.
