Description
1958 Topps Bobby Hull #66 SGC 88 NM/MT 8 - Pop Four, None Higher. He's one of the greatest sports heroes of the city of Chicago along with Ernie Banks, Walter Payton and Michael Jordan, the only man in NHL history to lead the league in scoring seven times, and the first ever to record fifty goals in a single season. In his fifteen full NHL seasons, Hull was voted the First-Team All-Star left winger ten times, and the Second-Team All-Star left winger twice. He claimed the Hart Memorial Trophy as the Most Valuable Player of the NHL twice. He'd finish second to Frank Mahovlich for the Calder Cup (Rookie of the Year) during the 1957-58 season, but he was first introduced by Topps during his second professional campaign.Graded SGC 88 NM/MT 8. A quick review of the card will validate its lofty assessment, as the image is precisely registered and well-placed between its borders and sharp corners. Surfaces on both sides are clean of any distractions. To provide a bit of context to the condition rarity of this gorgeous relic, we report just four examples appear in a NM-MT 8 slab with none higher.
