1979 Topps Hockey Complete Set (264) - As Uncut Sheets! Offered is a very special 264-card complete set of the famous blue-bordered Topps hockey cards from 1979. This sets comes in the form of two uncut sheets, each with 132 cards. The set features stars & HoFers like Gordie Howe, Bobby Hull, Ken Dryden, Bryan Trottier, Charlie Simmer, John Tonelli, Syl Apps, Barry Melrose, Goal Leaders, Winning Goal Leaders, Guy Lafleur, Mike Bossy plus Checklists, Leader cards and Team cards and of course a coveted Wayne Gretzky rookie card plus many others. The key to the set we all know is card #18 - the rookie card of Wayne Gretzky which is a beauty totally unaffected by creases, stains, etc. Each sheet has some light creasing both at the borders affecting roughly ten cards in the top/bottom or left/right columns. NOTE: Both sheets have been matted and framed under double-sided glass. They are very heavy and will incur extra costs for shipping.Auction Info
