1936 "The Champion" Post Card Complete Set (10) - #2 on the PSA Set Registry! Rank: #2 on the PSA Set Registry with a 3.88 GPA. Great looking set with the finest King Clancy recorded to date! The Amalgamated Press sponsored a pair of scarce post card editions that circulated as supplements inside the pages of Amalgamated magazines. This 10-card set was found inside issues of "The Champion" appearing from January to March of 1936. The range in technical grades does not reflect the very consistent close to the EX/MT level visual appearance. Also includes an original "Stars of the Ice Rinks" paper album (GD). Includes: Graded - PSA NM-MT 8: 1 card, King Clancy (Pop One! Highest Known!); PSA EX-MT 6: 1 card, Barry (Only one higher.); PSA VG-EX 4: 1 card, W. Cook; PSA VG 3: 2 cards, F.
