1980 Mike Eruzione Gold Medal Game Worn Socks. Plenty of folks forget that the "Miracle on Ice" was the penultimate match in the round-robin format of the 1980 Olympic Hockey tournament, with the final contest pitting the Americans against the formidable Finns. Presented is the pair of socks worn by Captain Eruzione as he helped secure the top spot on the podium for the unlikely hometown heroes. Some scattered fabric pulls are almost assuredly the result of game wear, inclusive of the four to two victory at the Olympic Fieldhouse that secured the Gold. Letter of provenance from Mike Eruzione.*A donation of $100 to the American Red Cross is required to attend the Live auction.
