Description

1942 Ben Hogan Signed Match Scorecard From Chevy Chase Club. In his final golf match before entering the service, Ben Hogan and Lew Worsham squared off in an 18 hole exhibition match at Chevy Chase Club on October 9, 1942. A fellow named Hal Straka caddied for Hogan that day and supplied this card to our consignor. The card is in good condition, measures 4 1/2 X 6" when opened and shows the great "Hawk" firing a 68 to win by three strokes. Hogan has signed the card in bold pencil. A great pre World War II golf item. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA.
