1923 Arthur Havers Handwritten Signed Letter. In the year of his Open Championship victory, Arthur Havers penned this delightful letter of recommendation for a fellow professional. Dated March 2, 1923, the text eloquently endorses the young man on Havers' own personal letterhead, and he signs off with a beautiful full fountain pen signature.
