Phil Mickelson Signed Masters Flag. Phil Mickelson's Masters career is one of the most celebrated in golf history, defined by his flair for dramatic shots and consistency at Augusta National. After years of near-misses, he captured his first major at the 2004 Masters with a 20-foot birdie putt on the 18th green, a breakthrough moment in his career. He went on to win two more green jackets-in 2006 with a brilliant final-round 69 and in 2010 with one of the most iconic shots in Masters history, a 6-iron from the pine straw on the 13th hole.
