1957 The Masters Runner-Up Silver Tray Won by Sam Snead. The three-time Masters Champion entered Sunday's final round with the lead, but his six birdies were negated by six bogies for an even par, while Doug Ford finished strong with a stellar sixty-six to win the tournament by three strokes. Snead was forced to settle for a second-place result, commemorated by the presented hardware, a gorgeous silver tray picturing the famous clubhouse at Augusta. The finish would prove to be Snead's closest brush with adding an eighth Major to his peerless resume.

Engraved text announces the significance: "Masters Tournament, Augusta National Golf Club, Sam Snead, Runner Up 1957." Various maker's marks and "Made in England" imprinted upon verso of the 10x10" sterling footed salvar. Light tarnishing is evident, but no other flaws of note appear. Letter of provenance from Jack Snead.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
