    Description

    Auchterlonie long nose putter. Original medium brown finish and stain, oval lead back weight, three-dowel horn sole, scared neck, old whipping, stamped "Auchterlonie" shaft and built-up leather wrap grip. This interesting collectible was manufactured at the shop of the Auchterlonie brothers in St. Andrews, Scotland. Horn sole is slightly warped at both ends; there is a dent in the oval lead back weight and a few tiny chips in toe. Light to moderate wear throughout. Circa 1905. Average.
